Are you friendly, organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with people? Jim Trenary of Union is looking for a dependable Receptionist to join our team!

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment. This position plays an important role in creating a welcoming experience for our customers while helping keep our dealership running smoothly.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Welcome and greet customers as they enter the dealership and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments.
• Assist the finance and billing departments with data entry related to DMV services and paperwork.
• Scan, file, and organize documents.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with general office duties.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service to customers and visitors.
• Assist the office staff with additional administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Friendly, professional, and welcoming personality.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn dealership software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Dependable, responsible, and a team player.
• Previous receptionist or office experience is a plus but not required.
