Front Desk Receptionist

The Receptionist at She’s Yar Lash & Beauty Bar is responsible for creating a welcoming and professional first impression for all clients. This role ensures smooth daily operations at the front desk while providing excellent customer service and supporting the team of beauty professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in clients in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phone calls, respond to texts, and manage online booking inquiries
• Schedule, confirm, and modify client appointments using the salon booking system
• Provide information about lash services, beauty treatments, memberships, and promotions
• Process client payments and manage cash/card transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and waiting area
• Assist with retail product sales and recommendations
• Send appointment confirmations and follow-up messages to clients
• Support team members with daily administrative tasks when needed
• Ensure clients receive a smooth, positive experience from arrival to checkout

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional, friendly, and organized demeanor
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced salon environment
• Basic computer and scheduling system skills
• Interest in beauty, lashes, and the client experience is a plus

Work Environment
This position works closely with the salon team to maintain a positive atmosphere and ensure every client receives high-quality service consistent with the She’s Yar Lash & Beauty Bar brand.
