We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and outgoing Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! If you love working with people, have great customer service skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients with a warm and welcoming attitude
• Answer phone calls and book appointments
• Check clients in and out
• Process payments and tips
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk
• Assist technicians and help ensure smooth daily operations
• Respond to messages and appointment requests
• Provide excellent customer service to every guest

Qualifications:

• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Comfortable using a computer, phone, and scheduling system
• Reliable, punctual, and organized
• Previous receptionist or customer service experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
