Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary

Bare Med Spa is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! We're looking for someone who genuinely loves working with people, takes pride in exceptional customer service, and is excited to build lasting client relationships while growing with our team long-term.

Duties

• Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming, positive experience at every visit.
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up bookings.
• Communicate confidently and professionally with clients in person, over the phone, via text, and through email.
• Maintain accurate client records while handling sensitive information with care and confidentiality.
• Support our estheticians with daily operational tasks, including laundry, organization, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
• Help ensure smooth day-to-day front desk operations and an exceptional overall client experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, reception, or a client-facing customer service role preferred.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Confidence using scheduling software, managing client records, and communicating across multiple channels.
• A proactive, dependable team player who's happy to jump in and help wherever needed.
• Someone seeking a long-term career in reception and client services, excited to grow with Bare Med Spa.
• Spanish speaker preferred.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28.5 – 33.5 per week
