Front Desk Receptionist

The EyeCare Center of McGregor is currently seeking an energetic and friendly individual to manage patient reception and perform front desk duties in our fast-paced and growing eyecare practice. Seeking to fill full-time hours (3 days in our McGregor clinic and 1/2 a day in our Aitkin clinic with the potential to increase hours). Also, available for part-time hours.

Job Duties:

• Welcome and check in patients for appointments
• Answer phones, schedule visits, and manage patient communications
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
• Submit and follow up on insurance claims
• Provide live phone reception and admin support for the Aitkin office
• Keep accurate records and ensure smooth office operations

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of optical office practices is helpful but not required
• Excellent phone presence and customer service skills
• Strong organizational abilities
• Knowledge of computer systems and excellent keyboarding skills
• Willingness to work in a team environment
