Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking for a professional and welcoming Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our office. You will manage the reception area, greet visitors, handle incoming emails, and provide administrative support throughout the office. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational skills, a friendly demeanor, and strong multitasking capabilities.

Job duties:

• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information as needed.
• Monitoring emails and routing to the correct person.
• Perform administrative duties such as typing emails, data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing physical or digital documents.
• Maintain office supplies.
• Write up and maintain Service Orders and Shop Orders.
• Assist Bookkeeper with creating and mailing/emailing invoices to customers.
• Creating invoices and mailing out statements for rental properties.

This is a Part Time position and provides vacation time and holiday pay. Wages are $15-$16 an hour, depending on experience.

Shift is from 9am-3pm, Monday through Friday.

Knowledge of basic Microsoft Office is required and Quickbooks Online is preferred.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 30.0 per week
