Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Service Associate to join our support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about helping others, possesses excellent communication skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Your efforts will directly contribute to building strong client relationships and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and effectively to customers.
• Assist clients with product or service questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing detailed information.
• Handle greeting, food and beverage order taking and delivery methods, transactions accurately when necessary, including processing payments.
• Collaborate with team members.
• Uphold professional etiquette and demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks smoothly.

Skills

• Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse client bases effectively.
• Previous experience customer support is required. Greeting as host, server, bartender.
• Proficiency in point of sale system.
• Excellent English communication skills, with strong listening abilities.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills to address customer issues creatively and efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills combined with attention to detail.
• Experience in sales or upselling techniques can be an added advantage in supporting client needs.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
