Job Summary

GEMS Cambridge International School, Hoshiarpur, is looking for a professional, courteous, and well-organized Front Desk Officer to manage reception activities, assist parents and visitors, and ensure smooth front office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome parents, visitors, students, and guests professionally.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries.
• Provide information regarding school activities, admissions, and appointments.
• Maintain visitor registers, appointment records, and front desk documentation.
• Coordinate with the admissions team, teachers, and administrative staff.
• Schedule appointments and direct visitors to the appropriate departments.
• Support admission-related inquiries and other administrative activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
• Handle confidential information responsibly and professionally.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and email handling.
• Pleasant personality with a professional and welcoming attitude.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Prior experience in a school, reception, or customer service role will be preferred.
