Front Desk Receptionist

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and employees professionally.
• Handle incoming telephone calls, emails, and inquiries.
• Maintain visitor records and manage entry registers.
• Receive, sort, and distribute courier packages and mail.
• Maintain the reception area in a clean and professional manner.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support.
• Coordinate with HR, Admin, Security, and other departments as required.
• Maintain office records, documents, and daily reports.
• Assist with meeting room arrangements and office supplies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and reception procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate in any discipline; relevant experience is preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word, Excel, and email.
• Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle visitors and calls efficiently.
• Good telephone etiquette and customer service skills.

Experience

0–3 years of experience in reception, front office, customer service, or administration. Freshers may also apply, depending on company requirements.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
