Front Desk Receptionist

Wheeler Steffen Property Management is looking for a Full time bilingual receptionist to fill our position available for our office in Claremont, CA.

We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. We are Seeking a punctual individual that is able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Must be Organized, have good time management and must use critical thinking when making decisions independently.

Requirements include:

• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Spanish speaker
• Experience answering multi line phones.
• 1-2 yr. experience as a receptionist preferred but not required.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
• Forwarding messages and calls to the appropriate person
• Help answer multi line phones
• Responding to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner
• Maintain, sort and file mail
• Maintain, sort, file and process homeowner payments
• Manage email, live chat, and other digital communications

Starting pay is $18.50

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
