Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner

• Answer and direct phone calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette

• Manage the front desk area and keep it tidy and presentable

• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments

• Handle inquiries from clients promptly and professionally

• Admit animals for surgery and appointments
