Dental Receptionist – Full-Time
John Street Dental | Sturgeon Falls, ON

John Street Dental is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Dental Receptionist to join our team.

We are a busy, established dental practice looking for someone who enjoys working with patients and can help keep the front desk running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and assisting patients
• Answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Managing patient check-in and check-out
• Processing insurance claims and predeterminations
• Collecting and processing payments
• Managing recalls and helping maintain a productive schedule
• Coordinating with dentists, hygienists, and dental assistants
• General front-desk and administrative duties

What we're looking for:

• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Friendly, professional, and reliable
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a busy environment
• Dental reception experience is preferred
• Experience with Dentrix is an asset
• French language skills are an asset but not required

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Location: Sturgeon Falls, Ontario
