Front Desk Receptionist

We are an established dental practice looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Dental Front Office Assistant to join our team!

We're looking for someone who is organized, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in providing excellent patient care.

In this role, you'll work closely with our Office Manager and play an important part in making sure our patients feel welcomed and have a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Greet and welcome patients with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Answer incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling appointments.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
• Verify dental insurance benefits and assist with patient inquiries.
• Collect patient payments and assist with billing.
• Submit dental insurance claims.
• Assist with daily front office duties and keeping the schedule organized.
• Support the Office Manager with day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous dental front office experience required.
• Experience with Open Dental software preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a busy environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

We're looking for someone who is reliable, takes initiative, and enjoys being part of a team that works together to provide great patient care. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!

Pay: $18.00 - $25.57 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
