Front Desk Receptionist

Join the BeSound team as a Front Desk Receptionist, where you will be the face of hospitality in our NYC Flagship, delivering an exceptional client experience to all. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be a part of a growing brand at an exciting stage of growth, help shape how breast imaging reaches new settings and communities.

What you’ll do

• Welcome patients and help with check-in when they arrive.
• Keep the space tidy, stocked, and ready for patients and staff.
• Track inventory, receive deliveries, and reorder approved supplies before they run low.
• Keep basic inventory and supply records up to date.
• Coordinate routine building or vendor needs and flag maintenance or equipment issues.
• Help with occasional events, partner visits, and other community activities.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in a front desk, hospitality, customer service, or administrative role.
• A warm, professional manner and strong organizational skills.
• Comfort managing several tasks while keeping details straight.
• Healthcare experience is helpful, but not required.
• Event or community-partnership experience is a plus.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday. Specific hours to be determined. Occasional event support may be part of the role.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
