Front Desk Receptionist

AFA is a fine art gallery on North Scottsdale Road with over 25 years in Scottsdale, specializing in works by modern and contemporary masters. We're open seven days a week, and the front desk is the first thing every guest sees.

We're hiring a Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the gallery and keep the office running. This is a real entry point: it's where several of our team started, and responsibilities grow as you do.

What you'll do:

• Greet guests and set the tone for their visit

• Answer and route calls on a multi-line phone system

• Keep the storefront, desk, and workspace clean and presentable

• Maintain filing and records in Excel and our in-house database

• Run occasional errands (post office, bank, framer pickups)

• Support the consultants and Gallery Director with admin tasks

What we're looking for:

• Warm, professional presence; comfortable with high-end clientele

• Punctual, reliable, and organized

• Comfortable with Microsoft Word and Excel

• Own transportation

• Multi-line phone or admin experience a plus; we'll train the right person

Pay is $15-$25 per hour depending on experience, with raises tied to performance. Full-time and part-time schedules available; we're open every day, so weekend availability is a plus.
