Front Desk Receptionist

• College graduate in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related course is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates may apply; relevant work experience is an advantage.
• Preferably with at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in reception, customer service, front desk operations, or administrative support.
• Experience in a condominium, hotel, residential building, or property management office is an advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Courteous, professional, and customer-service oriented.
• Knowledgeable in basic computer operations, including Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and recordkeeping.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
• Able to handle resident inquiries, visitor registration, telephone calls, and administrative records.
• Trustworthy and able to maintain the confidentiality of residents' personal information.
• Neat, presentable, and maintains professional grooming.
• Patient, approachable, polite, and respectful toward unit owners, tenants, and visitors.
• Reliable, punctual, honest, and responsible.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays, if required.

Pay: From Php14,000.00 per month
