Front Desk Receptionist

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
• Manage appointments, meeting schedules, and visitor records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Assist with data entry, filing, documentation, and other administrative duties.
• Respond to inquiries and direct visitors to the appropriate department.
• Support daily office operations and coordinate with team members.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information and records.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are an advantage.
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service is preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and email.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional attitude, punctuality, and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
