Front Desk Receptionist

Eyewearhaus in Creve Coeur is Hiring!

We are in need of an Outgoing, Professional, High Energy, and Eager Individual.

Primary Duties Include but are not limited to:

Answering up to 3 phone lines.

Greeting patients and clients alike in a friendly and professional manner.

Scheduling Appointments for eye exams and optical needs.

Must have thorough note taking and communication skills.

Verify Vision Plans and Medical insurance.

Check in patients using Electronic Medical Records.

Pre-Testing patients using Auto Refractor and Retinal Camera.

Communicate with other medical specialists for referrals on behalf of our eyecare providers. Front desk experience in the Spa and Hair Industry are welcome.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
