Front Desk Receptionist

Comprido BJJ Martial Arts Academy is seeking a friendly, reliable, and motivated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for members and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while supporting daily operations at the academy.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
• Manage class check-ins and student attendance
• Provide information about classes, schedules, and memberships
• Process payments and register new members
• Keep the front desk and lobby area clean and organized
• Support instructors and staff with administrative tasks
• Promote academy programs and events

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Friendly and professional attitude
• Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, payments)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Benefits:

• Hourly wage of $15.00
• Earn 10% commission, in the first month of payment, on new memberships you help bring in
