Front Desk Receptionist

About the role

We are seeking a professional and welcoming Front Desk Receptionist to join LUXEVANITY TRADING OPC in Pasay City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that serves as the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and business partners. As the face of our organization, you will be instrumental in creating a positive and professional first impression whilst managing the administrative operations of our reception area. This role is essential to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining the high standards of customer service that define our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming visitors, clients, and business partners with professionalism and courtesy
• Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel
• Scheduling and confirming appointments for staff members and clients
• Maintaining the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
• Processing visitor sign-in procedures and issuing access badges or passes as required
• Handling mail and package distribution and delivery coordination
• Managing reception desk supplies and ordering stock as needed
• Providing general information about the company, services, and facilities to enquiring visitors
• Supporting administrative functions including data entry and filing documentation
• Acting as a point of escalation for visitor concerns or complaints with professionalism and tact
• Assisting with other administrative duties as required to support office operations

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification; tertiary education in administration or business is advantageous
• Proven experience in a reception or front-of-house role within a customer-facing environment
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple demands simultaneously
• Proficiency in using reception software, telephone systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with company standards
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are desirable
• Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic
• Problem-solving capabilities and a solutions-oriented approach to challenges
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
• Experience in a luxury retail or hospitality environment would be highly valued
