Front Desk Receptionist

A school front desk receptionist serves as the primary point of contact, welcoming parents, students, visitors, and staff while managing daily front-office operations and communication flow.Core Responsibilities

• Visitor & Student Management:
• Greet and verify all parents, guests, and vendors upon arrival.
• Maintain visitor logs, sign-in/sign-out sheets, and issue security passes.
• Track late student arrivals and early departures.
• Communications:
• Answer, screen, and route incoming multi-line phone calls, emails, and app/WhatsApp messages.
• Address general parent inquiries regarding school timings, events, and admissions processes.
• Distribute internal notices and relay urgent messages to faculty and administration.
• Administrative & Clerical Support:
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and student packages.
• Assist with data entry, filing, attendance registers, and maintaining digital or physical records.
• Coordinate meeting room calendars and schedule appointments for leadership or teachers.
• Safeguarding & Safety:
• Enforce campus security protocols and check-in policies.
• Assist during emergency procedures such as fire drills or lockdowns.
• Uphold strict confidentiality regarding student, family, and staff information.

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹46,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Jhajjar, Haryana 124104: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)
