Front Desk Receptionist

**Job Summary:**
Are you a friendly and organized individual interested in a career in the healthcare industry? Our Otolaryngology practice is seeking a Medical Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. In this role, you will greet and assist patients, schedule appointments, manage records, and handle phone inquiries. Additionally, you will collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure exceptional patient care and a seamless experience from check-in to check-out.

**Qualifications:**

• High School graduate or equivalent
• One year of related experience

**Responsibilities:**

• Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a welcoming environment
• Schedule patient appointments efficiently
• Manage and maintain patient records accurately
• Answer phone calls and address inquiries promptly
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to deliver excellent customer service
• Ensure patients receive the highest level of care and attention
