Part-Time Receptionist / Salon Coordinator

Dreams Lash Bar is seeking a friendly, professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Part-Time Receptionist / Salon Coordinator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone with beauty industry experience who enjoys customer service, organization, social media, and helping a beauty business run smoothly.

As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional client experience while supporting daily salon operations.

Responsibilities

Client Experience & Front Desk

Greet clients warmly and professionally upon arrival

Answer phone calls, text messages, emails, and client inquiries

Book, confirm, reschedule, and rebook appointments

Maintain accurate appointment schedules and client records

Process payments and handle Point-of-Sale (POS) transactions

Assist clients with retail purchases and service recommendations

Administrative & Operational Support

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and reception area

Track inventory levels and notify management when supplies need replenishing

Receive, organize, and put away deliveries and packages

Assist with studio organization, stocking supplies, and maintaining treatment rooms

Complete daily opening and closing procedures

Support salon operations and special projects as needed

Marketing & Social Media

Create and edit graphics using Canva

Assist with social media posting on Instagram and Facebook

Take photos and videos for social media content

Help maintain consistent branding and online engagement

Assist with promotional campaigns, events, and seasonal marketing initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

Previous beauty industry, salon, spa, or wellness experience preferred

Experience using Canva is required

Experience using POS systems and appointment scheduling software preferred

Familiarity with social media platforms including Instagram and Facebook

Strong customer service and communication skills

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Comfortable handling inventory management and administrative tasks

Ability to lift and move salon supplies and packages when necessary

Reliable transportation and punctual attendance

Schedule

Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Compensation

Starting at $15.00 per hour
