Duties

• Greet visitors warmly, answer phone, and direct calls or take messages appropriately using excellent phone etiquette
• Assist in coordinating meetings
• Monitoring and organizing inventory and placing orders for office supplies

Skills

• Proven experience in clerical roles with strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor; capable of handling front desk duties with tact and courtesy
• Experience in event planning a plus
• Experience in Microsoft Office a plus
