• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, and ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to resolve issues and ensure seamless communication
• Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and mail management
• Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and referring providers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a front desk or administrative role
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
