Qualifications & experience

• Previous Reception Experience
• Previous Travel Experience is Preferred
• More then 1 year experience in a customer based role

Tasks & responsibilities

• Working in a team
• Handling general desk enquiries
• Answering phones and email's
• Checking guests In and Out
• Liaising with other staff departments through out the day
• Make, Cancel or Amend Bookings
• Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness in the front office
• Enforcing policies and procedures while on shift
