Front Desk Receptionist / Coordinator 3

Venetian Nail Spa is looking for an English–Spanish bilingual Front Desk Coordinator who is friendly, flexible, and enjoys taking initiative.

The ideal candidate should be well-organized, responsible, motivated, and comfortable assisting clients in a busy salon environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting clients and providing excellent customer service
• Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
• Assisting with check-in and check-out
• Communicating clearly with clients and team members
• Helping keep the front desk area organized and professional

Requirements:

• Must speak English and Spanish
• Friendly and professional attitude
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Flexible schedule
• Salon or customer service experience is preferred, but not required

Interview Hours

Walk-in interviews available:

Monday – Friday: 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM
Saturday – Sunday: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
