Avalon Rehabilitation and Care Center is looking for a warm, energetic, and reliable Receptionist to welcome residents, families, and visitors to our skilled nursing facility. If you’re kind, personable, and passionate about helping others, we want to hear from you!

Now Hiring a Part-time Front Desk Receptionist!

Schedule: Every other Saturday & Sunday, 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM

May pick up additional shifts as needed in addition to the 4 guaranteed per month.

Qualifications of Front Desk Receptionist:

• Receptionist or customer service experiencepreferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, organized, and dependable

Responsibilities of Front Desk Receptionist:

• Greeting and assisting residents, families, and visitors with professionalism and warmth
• Answer and direct calls promptly and accurately
• Manage the front desk area to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
• Handle mail distribution and incoming deliveries
• Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with facility check-in and safety procedures
• Provide administrative support to various departments, including filing, copying, and data entry
• Record and communicate resident or family concerns to the appropriate staff members
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident information in compliance with HIPAA standards
