Front Desk Receptionist/ Host

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and personable Front Desk Receptionist/Host to be the welcoming face of our restaurant. You will manage front desk operations, seat customers, manage togo orders, and provide customer service. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will create a warm, professional environment for visitors, clients, and team members alike.

Duties

• Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing a friendly and professional first impression
• Seat customers to their assigned seats
• Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and courteously, directing calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette
• Manage front desk activities including scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and providing information
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring all office supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with multitasking while taking phone calls, such as inputting customer order into the computer, making reservations, etc.
• Demonstrate customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional communication style
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, such as being able to consistently show up to work at the appointed time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
