Urgent Hiring: Front Desk Receptionist (Patient Care Assistant)

Location: Affinity Dental Estancia

Schedule: Full-time (On-site) | 6 days a week (1 day off)

What You’ll Do:

• Assist the Patient Care Representative (Front Desk Receptionist)
• Welcome and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments
• Handle front desk and basic administrative tasks
• Coordinate with dentists and clinic staff for smooth daily operations
• Maintain accurate patient records and appointment logs
• Ensure a comfortable and positive patient experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Pleasant, confident, and professional personality
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Psychology, or any related field
• At least one (1) year of experience in reception, front desk operations, customer service, or a similar role
• Fresh graduates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Experience in a dental or healthcare setting is an advantage
• Knowledge of appointment scheduling systems is preferred
• Basic administrative and clerical skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
