Urgent Hiring: Front Desk Receptionist – Patient Care Representative (Affinity Dental)

Location: Affinity Dental Makati

Schedule: Full-time (On-site) | 6 days a week (1 day off)

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and assist patients with warmth, professionalism, and exceptional customer service
• Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments efficiently
• Handle front desk operations and administrative tasks
• Coordinate with dentists and clinic staff to ensure smooth daily clinic operations
• Maintain accurate patient records, appointment logs, and clinic documentation
• Ensure a comfortable, organized, and positive patient experience

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• At least two (2) years of relevant experience in reception, front desk operations, customer service, or administrative roles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent English proficiency
• Pleasant, well-groomed, and professional appearance
• Previous experience in a dental clinic or healthcare setting is an advantage
• Proficiency in appointment scheduling and front-desk management systems
• Basic administrative and clerical skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
• Ability to work efficiently and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, approachable, and confident when dealing with patients and clients
