Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist

Lotus Racquet Center | Boca Raton, FL

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Lotus Racquet Center.

Pay: $25 per hour

Hours: Part-Time (20–25 hours per week)

Ideal Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

Position Responsibilities

● Operate the Playbypoint software platform for court reservations, rainouts, player check-ins, and accurate charges for lessons, clinics, and merchandise sales.

● Promptly answer phone calls and emails regarding court reservations, racquet programs, and resident inquiries.

● Walk the courts regularly, greet players, and provide a welcoming experience.

● Keep the front desk and pro shop neat, clean, and organized.

● Assist with setup and preparation for tennis and pickleball league matches.

● Support daily racquet center operations and administrative tasks.

Ideal Candidate

● Highly organized and detail-oriented.

● Calm, friendly, approachable, and professional.

● Excellent communication and customer service skills.

● Preferably a tennis or pickleball player with adult league experience.

● Familiarity with Playbypoint is a plus, or the ability to learn the system quickly.

● Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently.
