About Us

Corona Acupuncture & Therapy is a rehabilitation and wellness clinic that combines Eastern and Western medicine to provide comprehensive care. We offer physical therapy, acupuncture, and massage therapy services focused on pain relief, recovery, mobility, and overall wellness.

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients and help create a welcoming experience.

Opening Days/Hours:

• Thursdays from 9am until 5pm

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and provide clinic information
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
• Verify patient information, insurance details, and assist with intake paperwork
• Collect and update patient demographics and insurance information
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Assist with administrative tasks including scanning, filing, and data entry
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, and basic office software
• Experience is a plus, but not necessary - training provided for the right candidate

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 per week
