Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist/Night Auditor to join our team. This dynamic role combines guest service excellence with night-time administrative duties, ensuring smooth operations during overnight hours. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional customer service at all times
• Manage multi-line phone systems, handling inquiries, reservations, and guest requests with courtesy and efficiency
• Check guests in and out accurately, processing payments and verifying reservations using hotel management software
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area that reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence
• Conduct night audits by reconciling daily financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring data accuracy
• Respond promptly to guest needs, complaints, or special requests to enhance their stay experience
• Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure seamless communication between guests and hotel staff

Qualifications

• Previous front desk or hotel experience preferred; hospitality background highly valued
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Strong phone etiquette and proficiency in multi-line phone systems
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform night audit procedures efficiently
• Knowledge of guest services operations within the hospitality industry is desirable
• Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work overnight shifts confidently

Pay: $17.95 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 37.5 per week
