Front Desk Receptionist – Bilingual English/Spanish

Position: Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to join our car dealership team. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, has excellent customer service skills, and enjoys working with people in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and professionally when they enter the dealership.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
• Assist customers with general questions and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Schedule appointments for sales and service.
• Assist with basic administrative and front-desk tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Communicate professionally with customers and dealership staff.
• Provide excellent customer service in both English and Spanish.
• Help create a welcoming and positive experience for every customer.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish – required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and outgoing personality.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Previous receptionist, customer service, or automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required.
