Be Part of Something Meaningful at The Womb Wellness Center

Are you an organized, creative, people-oriented person who loves bringing ideas to life, building relationships, and helping a business thrive?

The Womb Wellness Center is looking for a Receptionist & Office Assistant to join our growing team in Solon, Ohio! We are a wellness studio dedicated to supporting women through massage therapy, acupuncture, and doula support, to nurture the body and promote overall well-being.

Our mission is to create a warm, welcoming environment where women feel seen, supported, and empowered on their wellness journey. We believe that with the right knowledge, care, and community, people can build a deeper connection with their bodies and find the support they need to thrive.

As our studio continues to grow, we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

This is more than a front desk position. It's an opportunity to become an integral part of a small, close-knit team, help create an exceptional client experience, support the day-to-day operations of our studio, and contribute your ideas and creativity to our marketing and community-building efforts.

If you enjoy creating order, thinking ahead, solving problems, writing, designing, and making things happen, we'd love to meet you!

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is warm, grounded, confident, and self-motivated. You enjoy working with people, but you're also comfortable working independently, making thoughtful decisions, and taking ownership of your responsibilities.

You bring a calm, steady presence to a busy environment. You can shift between tasks without losing sight of the details, communicate clearly when something needs attention, and follow through on what you've committed to doing.

You're someone who notices what needs to be done, takes initiative, and finds satisfaction in helping things run smoothly. You enjoy being part of a team, value open communication, and want to build genuine relationships with both clients and colleagues.

We're also looking for a creative thinker! Someone who enjoys writing, developing ideas, creating simple graphics, and helping bring our weekly and monthly marketing projects to life.

You might be a great fit if you are someone who:

  • Has exceptional attention to detail. You notice the little things, keep information accurate, and take pride in doing things well.
  • Can multitask and prioritize. You can juggle several projects, respond to changing needs, and determine what requires your attention first.
  • Takes initiative and follows through. You don't need constant direction to stay productive. You take ownership, meet deadlines, and communicate when you need support.
  • Is confident and levelheaded. You remain calm under pressure, think critically, and approach challenges with a grounded, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Communicates clearly and thoughtfully. You are professional, personable, and comfortable communicating with clients, providers, and team members both verbally and in writing.
  • Loves building relationships. You enjoy creating a welcoming experience, remembering the details that matter, and helping people feel connected to our studio.
  • Has a creative side. You enjoy writing, brainstorming, creating content, and using tools like Canva to develop polished, on-brand marketing materials.
  • Enjoys a fast-paced environment. You can move between client needs, administrative work, and creative projects while staying organized and composed.
  • Values community and growth. You want to contribute to something meaningful, learn new skills, share ideas, and help a small business continue to flourish.

You don't need to know everything on day one. We value curiosity, accountability, a willingness to learn, and someone who genuinely cares about the quality of their work.

Studio Operations & Organization
