DINX Social Club is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist / Server to serve as a welcoming, service-driven Host for our Upscale Indoor Pickleball & Golf Social Club.

This hybrid role combines front-of-house food & beverage service with front desk and member concierge responsibilities, ensuring a seamless, personalized experience for every member and guest.

The ideal candidate thrives in hospitality, enjoys engaging with people, and is comfortable transitioning between the service floor and the front desk while maintaining exceptional standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

Member & Guest Experience

• Warmly greet and acknowledge members and guests upon arrival and departure.
• Learn and recognize members’ names and preferences to deliver personalized service.
• Promote member satisfaction through thoughtful engagement and introductions.
• Assist with special requests and support tasks assigned by leadership.

Front Desk & Concierge Duties

• Manage member check-ins and provide a smooth handoff to Member Ambassadors as needed

. Answer incoming calls and manage reservations for pickleball courts, golf simulators, and private lounges.

• Share club schedules and provide clear guidance on amenities and programming.
• Maintain an organized, welcoming reception desk and retail space.

Food & Beverage Service

• Serve food and beverages efficiently, professionally, and courteously

. Demonstrate strong knowledge of the menu, preparation methods, ingredients, and dietary considerations.

• Offer knowledgeable recommendations on food, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages

. Maintain cleanliness and organization of service and dining areas.

Facility & Operational Support

• Escort members to designated playing areas and provide brief orientations when needed. Ensure equipment is set up properly and in good working order. Follow all sanitation, safety, and service standards consistently. Flexibility to open or close the facility as needed. Maintain and upkeep the cleanliness of the facility

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Two years of experience in hospitality, restaurant, club, or resort environments preferred

Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain composed in a fast-paced environment

. Comfort using POS systems, reservation platforms, and multi-line phone systems

. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds

. Knowledge and ability to assist during emergency situations.
