Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling appointments and routine office activities.
• Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Maintain organized visitor and front-office records.
• Communicate customer messages and requests to team members.
• Assist with customer engagement and promotional activities when needed.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
