Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for front-desk inquiries.
• Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team member.
• Provide general information about products, services, and company activities.
• Assist customers and visitors with routine questions and requests.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and routine office activities.
• Receive and organize incoming mail, deliveries, and documents.
• Maintain accurate visitor and customer information.
• Communicate customer questions and feedback to appropriate team members.
• Support staff with general administrative and customer service activities.
• Assist with organizing front-office materials and supplies.
• Help ensure customers and visitors receive a positive experience.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
