Front Desk Representative

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Karāchi for a Front Desk Representative. The selected candidate will handle a variety of front desk responsibilities, including answering and directing phone calls, greeting and assisting visitors, managing reservations, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role involves maintaining clear and professional communication and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Phone Etiquette and ability to handle a high volume of calls professionally
• Experience in Receptionist Duties and managing front desk operations
• Proficiency in providing exceptional Customer Service to clients and visitors
• Knowledge of handling Reservations and scheduling tasks
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and remain organized under pressure
• Proficiency in using office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, scheduling platforms)
• Prior experience in administrative or front desk roles is a plus

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
