Duties

• Greeting guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
• Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, reservations, and guest requests
• Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and proofreading of documents
• Handle customer support inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies
