Role The Front Desk Representative role provides patients with a warm and professional first impression while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic front office. As a key member of our team, you will:

• Greet and check in patients while providing a welcoming, supportive environment
• Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and required documentation
• Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and compassionate manner
• Collect payments and assist with basic administrative and billing support
• Triage patients to financial counselors when needed
• Support physicians, clinic and administrative staff with front office coordination and workflow
• Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies at all times

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in medical front office, reception, or patient services
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• A passion for women’s health, fertility is a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
