About the Role:

Vida Chiropractic Injury Clinic and Wellness Center in Las Vegas, NV is looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our practice. Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using practice management software
• Answer multi-line phone systems and respond to patient inquiries
• Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing and co-pay collection
• Maintain accurate patient records and update intake forms
• Coordinate with chiropractors and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
• Manage front office administrative tasks including filing, faxing, and correspondence
• Front desk associate will also be trained and licensed as a Chiropractic Assistant

Requirements:

• Prior front desk, medical receptionist, or healthcare administrative experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with medical billing, insurance verification, or chiropractic software is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a busy clinic environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
• Positive, patient-focused attitude and professional appearance
• Team player attitude and community minded
