Onzesco Global Venture is looking for a smart, responsible, presentable, and customer friendly Front Desk Representative to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for attending to walk in customers, preparing invoices, answering basic customer enquiries, and assisting with the smooth running of the front desk.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers who visit the business.
• Prepare and write invoices for customers.
• Provide customers with information about available products and prices.
• Attend to phone calls and WhatsApp enquiries when required.
• Record customer orders and ensure details are properly documented.
• Assist customers with their purchases and direct them appropriately.
• Keep the front desk and customer area neat and organized.
• Maintain proper records of invoices and customer transactions.
• Work with other members of staff to ensure customers are attended to promptly.
• Perform other simple administrative duties assigned by management.

Candidates living around Satellite Town, Festac, Trade Fair, and nearby areas are preferred, especially those who can easily commute to the workplace.
