Front Desk Representative/Server

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage email and phone inquiries.
• Perform data entry into the computer system to complete sale transactions.
• Assist organize and execute birthday and corporate parties.
• Maintain an organized front desk area.
• Assist with other customer needs like food and drink orders.
• Supporting the team with any additional customer needs to ensure a great customer experience.
• Basic lane repairs when required.
• Available evenings and weekends that coincide with our hours of operation.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Proficient in Google Workspace applications.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
• Smart Serve Certification, required.
• Safe Food Handling Certification, preferred but not required.
