Front Desk Rep/Social Media Manager

JOB TITLE: Front Desk Rep / Social Media ( Fashion/Retail Brand)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a smart, outspoken, and customer-friendly Front Desk Rep who can double as our Social Media Manager. You will be the face of our brand in the showroom and online— converting followers to customers and walk-ins to sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Front Desk & Sales:- Welcome, attend to, and build strong relationships with walk-in customers

• Convince and convert inquiries into confirmed sales (both online & offline)

• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure great customer experience

• Manage bookings, fittings, orders, and follow-up on collections/deliveries

• Keep the showroom clean, organized and presentable at all times

• Prepare daily sales reports and maintain accurate records Social Media & Content:- Manage and grow our Social Media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp)

• Post daily content - pictures, videos, reels, stories of available outfits

• Respond to DMs, comments, and inquiries FAST and professionally

• Engage with followers and convert online inquiries to sales- Work with management on promos, campaigns and in-store events

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years experience as Front Desk Officer, Sales Rep, or Social Media Handler (Fashion/Retail is a MUST)

• Must be fluent in English, well-spoken and very convincing

• Strong sales and persuasion skill - you must know how to SELL- Active knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp Business- Ability to create and post content (basic photo/video with phone)- Customer-centric, polite, patient, and good at interaction- Must be neat, presentable, punctual and organized

• Must be able to work with numbers, reports and meet sales targets (KPIs)- Lives within or close to Anthony and can resume immediately
