FRONT DESK RESIDENT (PART-TIME)

About the role

You will be welcoming clients and managing the studio experience from arrival to departure, handling bookings, scheduling, and appointment coordination across private and group sessions. You will be onboarding new clients, walking them through registration, studio policies, and what to expect. You will manage payments, invoicing, and billing enquiries, maintain accurate client records in the booking system, and monitor attendance, late cancellations, and no-shows in line with studio policy. You will keep the studio clean, well-stocked, and running smoothly throughout your shift, and support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks as needed.

Key responsibilities

About you

• Warm, professional communicator with strong spoken and written English
• Comfortable in a client-facing environment and genuinely enjoys people
• Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask during busy periods
• Reliable and takes initiative without needing to be micromanaged
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or wellness is a plus
