Front Desk Sales & Customer Experience Coordinator

Evolve Graphic Solutions is seeking a personable, motivated, and sales-oriented professional to be the first point of contact for our customers.

We are a growing vehicle wrap shop that specializes in B2B business wraps, tint and paint protection film and ceramic coatings.

Responsibilities include:

-Welcome customers and deliver an exceptional first impression.

-Answer incoming calls, emails and customer inquiries.

-Educate customers about our products and services

-Recommend and sell window tint, PPF, ceramic coatings and vehicle wrap packages

-Prepare estimates, schedule appointments and collect payments.

-Follow up with prospective customers and help convert leads into booked jobs

-Maintain an organized, professional showroom and reception area

-Coordinate with our sales, production and installation teams

Our ideal candidate is someone with extensive experience in customer service, sales, hospitality or automotive service.

-Must be friendly, confident and have professional communication skills.

-Must be comfortable discussing pricing and asking customers for the sale. Strong organization skills,

-Comfortable with learning CRM and scheduling softwares

-Automotive experience is a plus but not required

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
