Rebalance Massage Clinic (RMC) is a small, boutique massage therapy company located in East Brunswick, NJ. We are customer oriented and focus on providing exceptional quality therapeutic services for our clients. Our team is dedicated to improving the wellness of each client we serve. We are seeking a full time receptionist to work with us who’s interested in having sales goals in addition to reception responsibilities!

What we are looking for:

This is a part time opportunity with potential for growth. Seeking afternoon coverage including some weekend shifts.

• Someone excited and passionate about working in the wellness industry!
• Has strong customer service skills and positive attitude.
• Has experience in upselling in a friendly way to clients
• Possesses the ability to work well on a team, and a strong desire to help clients.
• Ability to learn new software as well as have familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients to set up massage appointments, promote. RMC products and inquire about post massage survey.
• Be accountable and meet sales goals.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members in a friendly, warm and professional manner.
• Initiate calls to develop and maintain personalized relationships with clients.
• Educate clients on RMC products, services, treatments and programs.
• Maintain RMC appearance and cleanliness.
• Promote and sell massage therapy, facial or sauna services and treatments to encourage repeat business including cold calling and follow up calls to existing clients.

Experience:

• High school or equivalent required.
• Reliable, on-time attendance required for all scheduled shifts.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience in client facing environments required.
• Will consider qualified candidates beginning their careers in massage therapy that possess the right qualities, as well as demonstrate innate talent for, and understanding of, therapeutic massage.
• Sales Experience a plus.
• Familiarity with social media management a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
