Pure Sweat + Float Studio Leawood is hiring full-time and part-time Front Desk Sales Associates, known on our team as Wellness Leads, to help create an exceptional experience at our infrared sauna, contrast therapy, and float therapy studio.

The Role

As a Wellness Lead, you’ll work alongside our Studio Manager to care for clients and keep daily operations running smoothly. You’ll guide guests through their visits, build relationships with members, support sales, and keep the studio meticulously clean and ready for each session.

This is an active, hands-on role that combines hospitality, sales, and studio care.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome clients, provide studio tours, and create a thoughtful, personalized experience from arrival to departure.
• Book appointments, facilitate check-ins and payments, and maintain accurate client information using Mindbody software.
• Educate clients about infrared sauna, contrast therapy, and float therapy using studio training and service guidelines.
• Confidently explain and recommend memberships, packages, specials, and retail products based on clients’ interests.
• Support studio sales goals through engaging conversations, relationship building, and timely follow-up.
• Prepare and care for sauna, cold plunge, and float equipment before and after sessions, following studio procedures.
• Keep service rooms, restrooms, and common areas meticulously clean, including room resets, laundry, and restocking.
• Complete opening and closing duties, manage client forms, and communicate operational needs or concerns to the Studio Manager.
• Contribute ideas for studio events, community partnerships, social media, and the client experience.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in customer service, wellness, retail, fitness, spas, or hospitality.
• Experience supporting sales goals, memberships, or retail.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Mindbody or similar booking software.

Schedule

Full-time + part-time positions are available.

Our studio operates seven days a week, with shifts that include opening and closing responsibilities. Scheduling flexibility is required, including availability for shifts on at least one weekend day, Saturday or Sunday, as needed.

• $16–$18 per hour, depending on experience.
